Have you tried to experiment with bright colors too ?

One of the things I like from the island is that there are some places where you can play with the colors of the houses, the trees, the people, etc....

This is not my photo, but I used to take a lot of this stuff includin the carnival festivities....

I've did a little when I first got into photography, so it wasn't that great. But i'd like to try more. The problem is that I like in Northern Cali, so everything is "nice" shage of grey right now.
